At Sea

Heard the ships foghorn going for a time during the night but otherwise a good nights sleep. Awoke to fog and islands close by and about 9.30 am the pilot boat came alongside as we had passed through the very narrow passage. Pity this happened during the night.

Had breakfast delivered to the room but probably won't bother again. Tony and I went up to the gym and did a bit of exercise - felt really good. More promenading and we bought a book and map of where we are traveling to get more information. Had a cup of coffee with the Duck's and then back to chat with Lyn and Frank.

Cruising by day is pretty boring especially when all you can see is sea - read a bit then fell asleep. Got together with group at 5.00 pm for drinks and then had a very nice dinner with 6 others from our group. Lyn and Frank paid extra to have dinner in a flash grill. After dinner went with group to hear Dixieland orchestra playing and then played another silly quiz. Turned clocks forward one hour again.
